Defect warranty: If the unit equipment is defective multiple times after it is delivered for use, we will submit an analysis report and solution until the defect is finally corrected, and the warranty period will be recalculated from the date of correction. If replacement or correction is caused by negligence, misoperation, etc. beyond the scope of our responsibility, we shall repair it and the additional costs shall be borne by both parties through negotiation. During the warranty period, when the equipment is running normally, we will conduct regular on-site inspections and deal with potential faults in a timely manner; if any fault occurs during the warranty period, it will be repaired and accessories will be replaced free of charge.
Quality guarantee period: The warranty period is 18 months after the equipment is delivered or 12 months after the equipment is put into operation, whichever comes first.
