Fangkuai boilers help build the subway in the Colombian capital

The Bogota Metro Line 1 project in the Colombian capital officially started in August last year. Fangkuai Boiler, as the designated manufacturer of steam boiler equipment for the project, provides steam boilers for the Bogota Metro Line 1 project.
 

It is understood that this project is the first rail transit project in Bogota, the capital of Colombia. It is the largest municipal livelihood project in Colombia's history and the largest single project in Colombia to date. It is designed to be 23.96 kilometers long and adopts the form of an unmanned elevated subway. After completion, the project will become the main line of Bogota's public transportation and the main artery of passenger transportation.



Fangkuai Boiler provides the project with the steam technology required for making pipe piles in subway construction. Pipe piles have now developed into products with a relatively complete standard system. Steam boiler equipment is necessary for making pipe pile production lines.

In order not to affect the construction progress of the user, the project leader and the team stayed in the factory throughout the whole process to actively coordinate the orderly operation of the project; technical personnel and production personnel formed a team in the factory to efficiently solve the problems that may arise in the trial production process. After the concerted efforts and hard work of the Fangkuai project team, Bogota Metro Line 1 achieved the "double fulfillment" of production plan and trial production standards, helping local people realize their "subway dream" as soon as possible.

This cooperation marks another major breakthrough for Fangkuai Boiler in deepening its presence in the international market, with strong technical strength, high-quality production capacity, and completely independent intellectual property rights. Currently, two steam boilers with ASME international certification have been successfully shipped to Colombia. In the future, we will continue to track the quality of products after they leave the factory, remotely monitor them, improve the timeliness of user on-site services, and support the quality of after-sales services.
