The project is designed to produce 20,000 tons of battery-grade lithium hydroxide monohydrate per year. It is the largest and most pure lithium product landmark demonstration project in Tibet's salt lake lithium extraction project. Fangkuai Boiler's independently developed water tube steam boiler has won bids in the new energy field many times. This time, it has achieved a high level of self-reliance in the lithium mining industry. In view of the special conditions of the user's production site, it has cracked the "life forbidden zone" of 4,500 meters above sea level - Ali, Tibet, and successfully overcome the "neck-blocking" problem of altitude.
In the processing of battery-grade lithium hydroxide monohydrate, the water washing process needs to use direct steam to increase the temperature in the tank, and the processes of coil steam heating, product washing, and product drying are also heated by coils. These processes all use steam boilers to ensure the reaction temperature. Through statistical analysis, for mining users, due to the very large energy consumption, very high fuel costs, and the gradual increase in environmental awareness, Fangkuai water tube steam boilers with high combustion efficiency and low pollution emissions are widely used.
