The D6 series employs a dual combination of condensers and deep coolers to achieve deep condensation of flue gas, reducing emissions to 20°C, comparable to outdoor temperatures. This process maximizes latent heat recovery from flue gases, enhancing boiler efficiency. The treated condensate can also be reused for boiler make-up, lowering water consumption. Additionally, as flue gas temperatures decrease, harmful components dissolve into the condensate, directly or indirectly reducing CO2, SO2, and nitrogen oxide emissions, thereby minimizing environmental impact.
