Boilers are special industrial equipment. We generally need a professional boiler worker to ensure the normal operation of the boiler. Let's take a look at how to use and maintain the boiler. I hope it will be helpful to you.
Before starting the boiler and after stopping use, the environment around the boiler should be checked to ensure that there are no flammable, explosive items or other safety hazards. At the same time, closing all stop valves and drain valves is also to prevent accidents such as gas or water leakage when the boiler is not in operation, which may cause safety accidents.
Make sure the gas pipeline is firmly connected and the gas supply valve is open.
Check whether the power connection is safe and whether the leakage protection switch is working properly.
Open the water supply valve to add water to the boiler and maintain a constant liquid level.
Set the temperature controller and set the water supply temperature according to actual needs (such as bathing, heating, etc.).
After the boiler is started, regularly monitor the operating parameters, including outlet water temperature, pressure and gas consumption, and adjust them as needed.
Pay attention to prevent overpressure, low water level and other situations, and replenish water and discharge sewage in time.
If the system needs to be replenished frequently, it means that there is a leakage in a certain part of the system, which needs to be found and repaired in time.
When the system is not used for a long time in winter, the water in the heating system must be drained and the power supply, gas source, water source, etc. must be cut off.
Regularly check whether the gas supply pipeline is intact and whether there is any leakage.
During the heating period, since the burner is in a fully automatic control state, it is necessary to frequently check the working condition of the machine, such as combustion condition, temperature change, etc.
Regularly check whether the power supply wiring is loose or aging.
Regularly check whether there is leakage in the interfaces of the gas supply pipe, valve and pipe flange.
Every 2-3 weeks, remove the dust on the upper part of the flue on both wings from the upper part of the back of the boiler through the fire hole, and check whether there is dust accumulation in the smoke box. If there is, it should be removed in time.
Every 3-6 months, stop the boiler for comprehensive inspection and maintenance, including removing scale, mud residue and soot, and checking whether there is corrosion inside and outside the boiler welding steel plate.
If you smell gas, do not use electrical switches, telephones or any appliances that may cause sparks. First, turn off the gas valve, quickly open the doors and windows to allow air circulation, and ask a professional to repair it.
There should be no water accumulation on the ground at the bottom of the boiler to prevent moisture from corroding the base.
If the induced draft fan vibrates violently, it should be stopped and checked. This is usually caused by wear of the internal impeller, and the impeller should be replaced.
Dry maintenance should be used for shutdowns of more than 1 month, and wet maintenance can be used for shutdowns of less than 1 month.
When shutting down for maintenance, gradually reduce the firepower until the fire is stopped, let the boiler cool down inside, then turn off the gas and power supply, drain the remaining water, and clean and maintain key components such as the burner and filter.
The inlet and outlet of the gas hot water boiler are all water, most of which is forced to circulate by the pressure of the water pump, and the water circulation system should be ensured to be unobstructed.
During the operation of the boiler, combustion under positive pressure is not allowed to avoid burning components such as the coal door and the fire door.
In addition, the operation and maintenance records of the boiler should be detailed, accurate and properly preserved. At the same time, relevant information such as water quality test reports should also be archived in a timely manner for future reference.
The use and maintenance of gas hot water boilers need to follow certain specifications and common sense to ensure the safe operation of the equipment and extend its service life. During use, the equipment should be regularly inspected and maintained to promptly identify and deal with potential problems; during maintenance, attention should be paid to safe operation to avoid accidents.
