Case introduction

Fangkuai Boiler proudly provided a gas hot water boiler (model SZS69-2.5-Y.Q) for the venues of the 2022 Zhangjiakou Winter Olympics. The boiler has been successfully installed at the project site, thanks to the meticulous planning and organization by the project department. A detailed hoisting plan and comprehensive safety measures were developed in advance, resulting in the successful installation of this significant piece of equipment within just a few hours. This achievement has facilitated the overall progress of the supporting infrastructure for the Winter Olympics.

The SZS series water tube hot water boiler features a double-drum longitudinal "D" type layout. This design includes an external combustion chamber and heating surface, with water, steam, or steam-water mixtures flowing within the tubes. The burning flames and flue gases circulate outside the tubes, resulting in a rapid steam-water flow rate and an exceptional water circulation system. These characteristics significantly enhance the boiler's heat absorption rate and thermal efficiency.

Comprising both the boiler itself and auxiliary equipment, this installation benefits from advanced water treatment technologies that minimize fouling during long-term operation. The use of curved pipes with larger heating surfaces further optimizes the boiler's performance.
